Honestly ridiculous! I doubt know how it works…something about interrupting passing signals to the brain??? But WORK it DOES! It was good to be able to use an adhesive designed for my Element. However, I am still experiencing severe allergic responses to the adhesive and will need to continue using 3M paper tape.

The product works very well. I have been using the Kailo pain patches for a couple of years. I now have the ELEMENT patch and I am very pleased with it.. I have had a lot of trouble keeping the patch on with the regular adhesive in the extreme heat here in Queensland Australia. The new more resilient adhesive in a huge improvement. I have had it on for 3 days now without any trouble at all.

Ex strength adhesive onon legs didn't want to fully stick what did stick was difficult and painful to get off when tried too put back on did want to stick when taken off second time was no longer reusable. Because I learned that Early enough this time will probably be sure to use compression knee socks so can slip between sock and leg be sure not to come off. The regular adhesive for the kailo caused the loss of 1 of the 2 first I purchased to come off in the store or between store and car. When discovered it had come off tried find know luck. The other one when came off was in the car on the driver side floor . So 1 lost. Because of having little trouble with flex pad will probably not buy anymore kailo pads or element pads. The element pad and kailo pad will maybe stay on on a relatively flat part of the body. Like under a shirt so if does come off will maybe not get lost if shirt tucked in at the waist. Otherwise they have been a huge help for legs and shoulders.

Awesome! Went camping and was in the lake for 2 hours both days and they did not come off ! I work outside and it’s been 100 degrees here and it hasn’t moved. I do take it off at night then put it back on next morning with same stick .

Second Step: Our customer service team member will ask you some questions about your efforts to reduce pain using our patches. Please work with us through this process because we want to give you the best opportunity possible to eliminate your pain. They will ask you:
Third Step: Our customer service team will send you a return authorization form. If you are returning The Element patch and live in the U.S., our customer service team will also provide you a prepaid envelope to return the product.
Fourth Step: Mail your product(s) to the address on the return authorization form within 2 weeks from the time we email you the return authorization form. See the detail below about return policy lengths by product and what should be returned.
Fifth Step: Our returns team will receive your return, compare it to what you purchased, and refund you according to what you returned. Once returned products are received, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.
