The armband works great and makes it so much better to ensure and maintain placement. I ordered a second one. Since I have rotator issues, wearing these works, less pain immediately and easy to use.

Finally, this works for me…. . I just insert the Kailo in the pouch in the sleeve, slide it up my arm towards my shoulder and VOILÀ, it stays without any skin irritation.

In the short time iv’e been using the Kailo Flex patch on my back as well as my right arm, I have to say I’m very, very pleased. I recently purchased the armband to help me use the patch a bit better. Unfortunately, I bought a size two sizes to small. I have returned it to the company per their rules and am eagerly awaiting my new armband too use the Flex patch. I’m optimistic.

What a piece of junk for $59.00! I am truly disgusted with Kailo for taking advantage of people in extreme pain. This armband is thin and not even worth a dollar, it is also too big, even the small one is too big. It is utterly useless to me because it just slides down to my wrist. I do not recommend that anyone buy this load of rubbish because you will waste your hard earned money. I humbly suggest that you make an armband for yourself which is what I will now have to do. What an absolute insult to those of us in chronic pain to charge $59.00 for something that must have actually cost a dollar, and is useless anyway. Please do not waste your money on this!

The patches don't stay on longer than 1 day. I was trying to find the extra strength patches for the flex to see if they were better but I couldn't find them. I need these patches to be able to stay on longer. I have chronic back pain and I have been cut on 32 times. I am waiting to have another simulator put in and until then I need something to help me get through the pain. Thank you

Second Step: Our customer service team member will ask you some questions about your efforts to reduce pain using our patches. Please work with us through this process because we want to give you the best opportunity possible to eliminate your pain. They will ask you:
Third Step: Our customer service team will send you a return authorization form. If you are returning The Element patch and live in the U.S., our customer service team will also provide you a prepaid envelope to return the product.
Fourth Step: Mail your product(s) to the address on the return authorization form within 2 weeks from the time we email you the return authorization form. See the detail below about return policy lengths by product and what should be returned.
Fifth Step: Our returns team will receive your return, compare it to what you purchased, and refund you according to what you returned. Once returned products are received, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.
