Aim to incorporate cardio and strength training in your workout routine, and try exercising for 150 minutes a week. This habit will help you build muscle, speeding up your metabolism while helping you burn fat and maintain a healthy weight range.

A solid, well-rounded fitness routine is one of the best ways to prepare yourself for a busy season ahead. In addition, it can help you to release stress and maintain a better mindset. So, mix it up and focus on things you like to keep it interesting, but remember to try some new physical activities to keep your body guessing.
